Sandman

If you’ve taken the time to check our blogs page, you’ve seen our new look. And, you should also have noticed that I’ve stubbornly not made the transition.

Until now.

I don’t know when, but eventually the old Sandman2 will be replaced by something similar to this (in look, not in content). But don’t worry, I’ve been assured that there will be a re-direct from Sandman2 to the new blog. So, don’t go off and delete Sandman2 from your favorites, especially since my new URL is http://www.themonitor.com/share/profiles/?plckPersonaPage=PersonaBlog&plckUserId=6ec199c4-119e-1e94-f1de-e1ab6621da45&slid=6ec199c4-119e-1e94-f1de-e1ab6621da45&sid=sitelife.themonitor.com.

Also, the hope here is that the reporter blogs won’t be mixed in with other bloggers, as they are now. Not that I mind, but there are some kinks in the system that haven’t yet been worked out. 

- In CHL news, the Sundogs took a 1-0 lead over the Bucks last night in the Southern Conference finals. I think it’s safe to say tonight’s game is the biggest of the season for Laredo. Let’s see what the Bucks do when they face actual adversity, not something Terry Ruskowski makes up.
